Improved Tennis Court Line Sweeper: Match Liner Gets an Upgrade

We are excited to announce the launch of an improved version of our popular Match Liner tennis court line sweeper.

Our unique Match Liner, featuring a rotating brush, has been used successfully on natural clay courts across Europe for over 25 years. We introduced it to the UK market 10 years ago, and since then, we have sold several hundred units.

However, most UK clay courts are synthetic clay - carpet with a sports sand infill - rather than the crushed brick surface common on natural clay courts in Europe.

Because sand is more abrasive than natural clay, our tennis court line sweeper needed to be adapted for these synthetic surfaces. One critical component - the internal nylon wheel - can wear out after a couple of years of use on sand-filled courts. While we previously extended its lifespan by adding metal washers, we have now developed a more effective solution.

Upgraded with Ball Bearing Nylon Wheel

We have now upgraded the basic nylon wheel to a nylon wheel with a ball bearing core. Initial testing shows that the new wheel is significantly more durable. It provides smoother operation, and requires maintenance less frequently, making it ideal for regular use on synthetic clay courts.

Already own a Match Liner? Good news! We now offer a replacement part kit that includes the new ball bearing nylon wheel. This allows you to upgrade your existing clay court line sweeper without replacing the entire unit.
